Sound is vibration that touches every part of us. Not only do we hear it through our ears, which is also through vibration, we feel it through every cell in our body! Every cell!
During a Sound Bath / Sound Healing session, our brain waves and breathing become regulated, producing a deep sense of peace and well being. Bathing in frequencies specifically tuned to completely balance our Nervous System & beyond, allows us to quickly & powerfully resonate with these frequencies that help us balance and heal on all levels.

The process of Brainwave Entrainment involves introducing different frequencies through the ears to change a person’s brainwaves, and therefore, their mental state. The result of introducing specific frequencies with the intent of changing a person’s brainwave pattern is increased intelligence, focused, reduced stress and increased creativity. Our brain’s neurons continuously fire electrical impulses to communicate with one another in pulses or wavelike patterns. Scientists have measured these impulses to come up with the following mental states while also linking them to our behaviors.
