During a sound bath / sound therapy session, our brain waves and breathing become regulated, producing a deep sense of peace and well being. Bathing in frequencies specifically tuned to completely balance our Nervous System & beyond, allows us to quickly & powerfully resonate with these frequencies that help us balance and heal on all levels.

The process of Brainwave Entrainment involves introducing different frequencies through the ears to change a person’s brainwaves, and therefore, their mental state. The result of introducing specific frequencies with the intent of changing a person’s brainwave pattern is increased intelligence, focused, reduced stress and increased creativity. Our brain’s neurons continuously fire electrical impulses to communicate with one another in pulses or wavelike patterns.
